Balance sheet and payroll accountant (m/f/d) - part-time in Erlangen

​

 Your tasks: 

• You will independently prepare the payroll accounting 

• You take care of the monthly evaluations and report to the management 

• You are the contact person for external auditors and tax consultants 

• You are also responsible for various reports, including the ESTAM procedure, eLStB, employers' liability insurance association 

• You take over the account assignment and posting of all current business transactions, partly electronic posting 

• You determine and complete the postings from factoring, including reconciliation of the clearing accounts 

• You take over the balance and account reconciliation incl. debtors and creditors 

• You prepare the advance sales tax returns 

• You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements

 Your profile: 

• You have experience in accounting and personnel administration (payroll accounting), controlling and costing 

• The ability to work in a team, structured, independent and reliable work as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics in a solution-oriented manner round off your profile 

• You have a good command of written and spoken German 

• You have a good understanding of numbers 

• You have basic knowledge of MS Office and DATEV
